Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final & Non-Refundable: All items on G5Mods.com are downloadable digital products (GTA 5 mods, 3D models & scripts). Due to their immediate digital delivery, refunds are strictly not available once files have been accessed or downloaded.

1. Instant Digital Access

Unlike physical items, digital mod files cannot be returned once delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right to a refund is forfeited as soon as the download link is generated.

2. Technical & Installation Support

If you face any technical installation issues, missing textures, or billing errors, please submit a ticket through our Support Center within 3 days of purchase. Our team will verify and resolve your issue immediately.

3. Discretionary Exceptions

In extremely rare cases where a technical defect cannot be resolved by our team and an exception is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Anti-Piracy & Redistribution Notice

Sharing, re-selling, leaking, or distributing our mod files on external forums, Discord servers, or Telegram is strictly illegal. Violations will result in an immediate permanent ban, license revocation, and legal DMCA copyright strikes.
